The Galleon Rambling Club was formed at the start of 2002 and its members come from all walks of life bringing together a wealth of knowledge and life experiences to this unique Community.
The members walk for fun, to keep fit and to saviour nature rather than walk to compete. They have already clocked thousands of miles on their feet walking the Great British Countryside. Walks have included locations such as White Nancy, Teggs Nose, Werneth Low, Chrome Hill, Turton Heights, Grindleford, Shuttlingsloe, Macclesfield Forest, Mow Cop, Harlech weekends, Anderton Boat Lift, Tarporley, Flash, Hollinsclough too name but a few. The Galleon Rambling Club is run by the members who take turns in choosing walks and leading them.
