Over the last year we have made great changes to improve your
experience here at the Galleon, one of which is our on site Nutritional
Therapist Eleanor. As part of your membership you can compliment
your exercise programme with food coaching sessions. You can also take part in The Galleon New Life Programme which takes 8 weeks with 8 simple food & exercise steps to complete. It is designed to compliment your programme in the gym but you can also complete it if you do classes and or swimming. Our gym programmes are geared to 8 weeks where you have your weight,measurements and a fitness test at the beginning and then these are repeated 8 weeks late.
Most of our members find that they can achieve great results in this time by coming regularly and following the steps. We chart your progress week by week and you can get all the support you need from Eleanor and the gym team.

If you don't want to lose weight but have some symptoms which you feel may be helped by the food you eat such as low energy, PMT,menopausal problems,skin complaints etc then why not book in for a chat.
Eleanor is available for free 30 minute sessions every Monday from 2 till 9.

Eleanor is a qualified teacher and Nutritional Therapist and
has been working with both individuals and groups for the last
